Dear All,

As you may already know, We, the organizing committee, have agreed to make this week as the VYC "SPREAD THE WORD" week, starting on Sunday 23rd and ending on Sunday 31st.

Sunday 31st is also the LAST day for the early registration. There will be no extension period. There will be extra charge for those who register after this day and there will be no Free T-shirts incentive. Please take this advantages by register your group as quick as possible. Pls. remind others about this deadline also.

We have begun the VYC "SPREAD THE WORD" week im many different fomats.

1-  Drove Mobile Billboard -  all over Little Saigon and visited at different churches this weekwend to promote the VYC. The picture of the Mobile Billboard is attached here for your references. 2-  Took initiative to introduce the VYC to the people we meet. i.e talking to people we meet at church, at supermarket...etc...

6- There are also number of talk shows, both on radio and TV, are scheduling for next week. We will continue to hit hard from the media standpoint.

HOWEVER, we need YOUR COMMITMENT to "SPREAD THE VYC" , atleast this week, to everyone that you know, either thru the telephone initiatives, emails, people you meet.
If everyone take this "SPREAD THE WORD" week seriously, we will get far in publicizing this event tpo the people at large.

WE ARE ABOUT A MONTH AWAY THE EVENT DATES. THIS IS OUR LAST PUSH FOR THIS VYC. WE NEED ALL THE HELPS THAT WE CAN.
